Conduct routine microbiological testing and laboratory analysis.
Perform sampling, quality testing, and documentation as per standards.
Handle lab instruments, sample preparation, and maintain lab hygiene.
Prepare daily testing reports and share updates with the production or QA team.
Support production & quality teams in monitoring product quality.
Follow proper lab safety protocols and SOPs.
Required Skills & Experience
6 months to 2 years of experience as a lab technician (preferred).
Strong knowledge of microbiology testing and food safety standards.
Good coordination & reporting skills.
