Position: Lab Technician

Job description : Quality Assurance and Testing

Objective: Quality Testing and AnalysisConduct quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and product specifications.

Half hourly pull the samples of finished goods while production and check various parameters which are to be checked and record the parameters in the sheet

good knowledge of various lab equipments that will be used

Perform various tests and analysis, such as absorbency, thickness, and other relevant parameters to ensure product quality.
Record and maintain accurate test data and results in a systematic manner.
Identify any non-conformances or deviations and report them to the Quality Assurance and production manager and get it rectified .

Objective: Calibration and MaintenanceCalibrate laboratory equipment regularly to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for more complex equipment repairs.

Objective: Process ImprovementCollaborate with the research and development team to improve product performance and quality.
Suggest and implement process enhancements that lead to increased efficiency and reduced waste.
Continuously monitor and optimize testing procedures to enhance accuracy and speed.

Objective: Safety and ComplianceFollow all safety protocols and guidelines while conducting tests and handling chemicals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
Participate in safety audits and contribute to a safe working environment.

Objective: Inventory ManagementMonitor and manage laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables inventory.
Place orders for required items in a timely manner to avoid any disruptions in testing activities.

Objective: Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address any quality-related issues promptly.
Provide technical support and expertise to other departments when necessary.

Objective: Training and DevelopmentStay updated with the latest testing methods, technologies, and industry trends.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
