Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests on blood, urine, stool, and other samples.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of test results and patient data.
Ensure timely reporting of results to doctors and patients.
Perform quality control checks and calibrations on lab equipment.
Collect and prepare specimens for testing, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
Assist in maintaining laboratory stock, ordering supplies when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical/diagnostic laboratory.
Proficient in operating automated analyzers and manual techniques.
Knowledge of laboratory safety and hygiene practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
