Job Vacancy: Laboratory Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team at [Your Organization Name]. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling laboratory equipment, conducting tests, and working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform laboratory tests, including specimen collection, analysis, and documentation.

- Operate and maintain lab equipment such as microscopes, blood analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.

- Ensure all laboratory protocols and safety standards are followed.

- Prepare samples for testing and report results in a timely and accurate manner.

- Assist in the processing of blood tests, cancer screenings, and other clinical assessments.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Laboratory Technology or a related field.

- Prior experience working in a clinical or diagnostic lab (preferred).

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Familiarity with blood marker analysis for cancer screening is an advantage.

- Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
