Qualification Required:
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
DME Approval Mandatory
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Job Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and clinical pathology.
Collect and process samples such as blood, urine, sputum, stool, and swabs using standard protocols.
Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and safe handling of patient samples.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment (biochemistry analyzer, hematology analyzer, centrifuge, microscope, etc.).
Prepare reagents, stains, and sample slides.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and test results in the LIS (Laboratory Information System).
Follow NABL, DME, and laboratory quality control standards.
Ensure strict compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and confidentiality of patient data.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock of consumables and reagents.
Support quality assurance activities, internal audits, and documentation.
