Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.). Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per medical requirements. Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment. Record and analyze test results accurately. Maintain proper documentation and update lab records. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and quality standards. Assist in preparing reports for doctors and medical staff. Manage laboratory supplies, stock, and inventory.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures. Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting results. Ability to work with modern lab equipment and technology. Good communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of health and safety regulations.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent qualification.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
