We are hiring a

Female Lab Technician

with at least

1 year of experience

in a diagnostic or clinical laboratory. The ideal candidate should be skilled, responsible, and familiar with standard laboratory practices.

Food and accommodation (room) will be provided

for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine laboratory tests (blood, urine, stool, etc.) accurately. Prepare, label, and analyze samples with proper documentation. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and sterilization of the lab environment. Maintain inventory and assist in ordering lab supplies. Follow quality control and safety procedures strictly. Coordinate with doctors and medical staff regarding test reports. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain patient confidentiality.

Required Skills:

Proficient in handling laboratory equipment and diagnostic procedures. Familiarity with clinical testing protocols. Basic computer knowledge (for report generation and records). Excellent attention to detail and time management. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in shifts if needed.

Qualifications:

DMLT / BMLT or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of relevant lab experience.
