Your Role in Delivering Quality Healthcare:

As a Lab Technician at Welcare Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing accurate and timely diagnostic information that supports patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures in areas such as Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, and Histopathology (depending on your specialization). Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring their proper calibration and functionality. Preparing reagents, controls, and standards according to established protocols. Collecting, processing, and analyzing patient samples with accuracy and efficiency. Recording and documenting test results meticulously, adhering to quality control standards. Identifying and resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed. Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines within the laboratory. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Participating in quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent qualification.

Valid and active registration with the Paramedical Council of Kerala is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
