Key Responsibilities:

Receiving, preparing, and analyzing samples:

Lab Technicians collect, label, and analyze various samples, including blood, tissue, and other materials, using appropriate testing equipment.

Conducting experiments:

They perform laboratory tests, following standard procedures and protocols, to obtain accurate data and findings.

Recording and analyzing data:

Accurate record-keeping and data analysis are essential for ensuring the integrity of research and clinical outcomes.

Maintaining equipment:

Lab Technicians clean, sterilize, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure its proper functioning and safety.

Safety adherence:

They are responsible for following safety guidelines and procedures within the laboratory, including handling potentially hazardous materials.

Providing technical support:

Lab Technicians offer technical support to researchers and other staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the laboratory.

Ordering supplies:

They maintain lab inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure a well-stocked environment.

Keeping up with advancements:

Staying current with scientific and technical developments is crucial for maintaining expertise and ensuring the accuracy of work.
