ob Summary:

The lab technician is responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing results, and maintaining laboratory equipment. They support scientists and researchers in their work, ensuring that all lab operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze samples using specialized equipment. Conduct experiments and record results accurately. Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning properly. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Assist in developing and implementing lab procedures. Document findings and prepare reports for analysis. Collaborate with team members on research projects and share findings. Manage inventory of supplies and reorder materials as needed. Train new lab staff and interns on procedures and safety standards.
