Job Description

Prepare, label, and test specimens or materials according to standard procedures. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., centrifuges, microscopes, spectrophotometers). Record and analyze data accurately, reporting findings to supervisors or researchers. Maintain proper documentation, including lab notebooks, logs, and reports. Clean, sterilize, and maintain work areas and laboratory tools. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Comply with safety guidelines, regulatory standards, and laboratory protocols (e.g., OSHA, GLP, GMP). Assist in research, development, or quality control activities as required. Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment regularly. Dispose of hazardous materials properly.
