Key Responsibilities



Collect blood, urine, and other pathological samples from elderly residents. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and transportation of samples to partner laboratories. Maintain sample collection records, patient files, and consent forms. Follow all hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols during collection. Maintain inventory of lab consumables (needles, vials, gloves, etc.). Communicate with nursing staff and doctors for scheduling and urgent collections. Ensure minimal discomfort to elderly patients and manage those with dementia or mobility issues sensitively.

Qualifications and Skills



Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT). Valid certification or license (if applicable). 1-3 years of experience in blood collection or phlebotomy, preferably in home care, hospitals, or eldercare setups. Familiarity with geriatric patients and handling of fragile veins, dementia, or bedridden cases. Strong communication and patient-handling skills. Ability to manage records and basic administrative tasks.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
