Experience:

Minimum

2 years

in Hematology

3 years

experience as a lab technician in Hematology

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Hematology tests such as CBC, Reticulocyte Count, Blood Smear Examination, and Coagulation Studies Operate, calibrate, and maintain hematology analyzers and equipment Record, analyze, and interpret test results for accuracy Maintain proper documentation of patient results and reports Ensure lab hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols are strictly followed Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care Handle and store biological samples following standard procedures

Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of Hematology tests, procedures, and equipment Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Proficient in using lab equipment and diagnostic instruments Good record-keeping and data entry skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication skills for patient interaction and report generation
