Collect, receive, label, and analyze samples (blood, urine, stool, swabs, etc.)
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers.
Prepare reagents, solutions, and slides for testing.
Record and document test results accurately in the LIS (Laboratory Information System).
Ensure quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures are strictly followed.
Maintain sample integrity and follow proper specimen handling guidelines.
Follow biosafety and infection control protocols at all times.
Report abnormal or critical results to the concerned physician or supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of lab equipment and work areas.
Assist in inventory management of lab supplies and consumables.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Support phlebotomy activities when required.
