Conduct regular quality checks of incoming raw materials and finished products.
Ensure compliance with company and FSSAI quality standards.
Laboratory Incharge
Oversee daily operations of the laboratory.
Supervise testing procedures and maintain lab discipline.
Licenses & Compliance Management
Handle all lab-related licensing and certification processes.
Coordinate with external agencies for renewals and audits.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain all lab-related records and documentation.
Ensure timely updating of test reports, calibration logs, and compliance files.
Quality Analysis
Perform periodic quality analysis of food grains and FRK (Fortified Rice Kernels).
Test for iron content in FRK and ensure accurate dosage as per standards.
Equipment Calibration & Maintenance
Conduct regular calibration of lab instruments and testing equipment.
Maintain records of calibration and service schedules.
Data Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lab activities and quality test results.
Coordinate with production and management teams to ensure product consistency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in food grain testing or FRK industry preferred.
Skills:
Knowledge of food testing parameters and FSSAI norms.
Strong record-keeping and documentation abilities.
Familiarity with lab instruments and calibration.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
