Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy) instruments. Prepare samples using appropriate and validated preparation techniques. Conduct routine instrument calibration, performance verification, and quality control checks. Analyze samples, document results accurately, and maintain laboratory logbooks and Excel-based records. Ensure all laboratory documentation complies with established SOPs and QA/QC requirements. Identify and troubleshoot basic instrument related issues. Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
