Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented Sales/Marketing Executive to drive business growth within the Thane region. The ideal candidate must possess an established rapport and an existing database of doctors to ensure immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Doctor Engagement: Regularly visit and build strong professional relationships (rapport) with healthcare professionals and doctors in the Thane territory.

Database Management: Utilize and expand an existing database of doctors to promote pharmaceutical products effectively.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales and marketing objectives through strategic territory planning and execution.

Product Promotion: Deliver high-impact product presentations and scientific information to clinicians.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on market trends within the local territory.

Candidate Requirements:

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Presence: Must be well-presented with a professional corporate image.

Territory Knowledge: In-depth working knowledge and geographical familiarity with Thane.
Network: Proven track record of strong "repo" (rapport) and an active doctor database.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
