to join our Food & Beverage R&D team. The intern will support ongoing research in product formulation, testing, and innovation in bakery, dairy, and beverage categories. This role is ideal for students pursuing food technology, biotechnology, chemistry, or related fields who want hands-on exposure to industrial research and product development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
formulation trials
for new food & beverage products (bakery, dairy, snacks, and beverages).
Conduct
lab-scale experiments
under the supervision of senior researchers.
Support in
sensory evaluation studies
(taste, aroma, texture analysis).
Perform
basic lab tests
(moisture, pH, viscosity, shelf-life indicators, etc.).
Assist in
sample preparation, documentation, and record-keeping
.
Support ongoing
quality control and food safety checks
.
Stay updated on
emerging food trends, health ingredients, and market innovations
.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a
Bachelor's/Master's degree
in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.
Strong interest in
FMCG / Food & Beverage R&D
.
Basic knowledge of
food testing methods and analytical tools
.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow lab protocols.
