Internship Focus Areas

This internship provides hands-on exposure to

Quality Assurance and Laboratory Operations

, including:

Chemical Analysis

- Learn calibration and operation of lab equipment (Spectrophotometer, Titration kits) for analyzing Zinc Oxide and Zinc Sulphate.

Material Testing (GI Wire)

- Perform tensile strength, elongation, and zinc coating mass tests for quality validation.

Documentation & Audits

- Assist with ISO 9001 documentation, Quality Test Certificates (QTCs), and instrument calibration records.

Raw Material QC

- Conduct quality checks for incoming raw materials like Zinc metal and acids.

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing

B.Sc. (Chemistry)

or

B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical Engineering)
