Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations of the medical laboratory, ensuring quality standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise laboratory operations and technical staff Ensure compliance with NABL, quality, and safety standards Monitor quality control, calibration, and validation processes Coordinate with clinicians and hospital departments for lab services Manage inventory, reagents, and equipment maintenance Prepare and review SOPs, reports, and audit documentation Train, guide, and evaluate laboratory personnel Handle troubleshooting and continuous process improvement

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of laboratory quality systems Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to handle audits and inspections independently

Salary:

As per experience and hospital norms

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
