Roles & Responsibilities



Control Shift QC activities related to productS and raw material checking, trend monitoring Give feedback to line for Wall thickness, Shrinkage defects for timely actions. Quality control of engine components QMS-ISO 9001 ERP system exposer, Kaizen, Experience of operating conventional inspection equipment for lab testing like aluminium and sand testing process , Roughness Tester, Hardness Drawing reading, Cut section checking Preparation of operation standards Developing and implementing quality control tests for process and incoming material Following the daily product CH, CB, Mission case and process checks Analyzing and initiating countermeasures for defects at incoming, inprocess and at machining stage with PDCA. Able to understand reasons for casting defects and suggest countermeasures for the same. Maintains 5S and safety in respective area. Training and development of SV and associates skills Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the Company QMS-ISO 9001 quality systems knowledge, ERP system exposer, Kaizen.

Functional/Technical:

Sound knowledge of Experience must be in Ferrous/nonferrous foundry quality control of engine components Sound knowledge of NDT of castings Drawing knowledge RC sand controls * Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced & MS Power Point
