Supervise and manage day-to-day laboratory activities.
Conduct and oversee
spectro analysis, gas analysis, billet testing, scrap testing, and ferro alloy testing
.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely submission of test results and reports.
Effectively manage and allocate manpower within the laboratory.
Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with production and quality departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Background:
Chemist or degree/diploma in Chemistry/Chemical Sciences.
Age:
Below 55 years.
Prefer Candidate:
Hands-on experience in laboratory operations within the manufacturing/metallurgical industry.
Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
In-depth knowledge of laboratory instruments and modern testing techniques.
