Dr. Aravind IVF Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced
Lab In-Charge
to oversee daily operations of the IVF/Andrology/Embryology laboratory. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality lab performance, compliance with protocols, and coordination with the clinical team to support patient care.
Oversee day-to-day functioning of the IVF laboratory.
Maintain quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) standards.
Handle sample processing, culture preparation, and embryology procedures.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Manage lab equipment, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
Supervise and train junior lab staff.
Work closely with gynecologists, embryologists, and administrative teams.
Education: DMLT or BMLT
Experience: 2- 4years
Salary: 25K to 30K
