Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lab Incharge role located in Jaipur. The Lab Incharge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school's laboratories, ensuring the maintenance and proper functionality of lab equipment, and supervising laboratory sessions to ensure safety and efficiency. The individual will uphold quality control standards, oversee the preparation of material for lab experiments, and collaborate with faculty for the effective execution of research and academic projects.

Qualifications

A strong understanding of Laboratory Equipment and foundational Laboratory Skills Experience in Quality Control and maintaining high operational standards Effective Analytical Skills and the ability to troubleshoot laboratory issues Knowledge or experience in Research and Development (R&D) within a laboratory setting Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to safety practices Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field is required; a Master's degree is an advantage Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students in an academic environment
