EXPERIENCE - 3-5 yrs From FOUNDRY Industry

QUALIFICATION- BSc/MSc/Diploma in Chemistry

Job Relationship:

Able to Handle Chemical Lab, Incoming inspection, Execute lab daily activity, Physical and mechanical properties NC analysis, KPI, Defect analysis etc.

Basic computer skills, SAP knowledge giving advantage.

Casting Defects, Layout inspection, Metallurgical Knowledge, Lab & Green Sand Casting Process Knowledge

Melting, pouring & Lab Dept Lead

Handle Customer Inspection & Make Documentation accordingly

Rejection Control & Analysis

Corrective action on improvement points from customer end

Internal Rejection control Excellent knowledge of lab inspection

Training other employees with regard to quality assurance issues

Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment,

Preparing Quality reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data, KPI's

Coordinating quality a

ssurance programs & motivating Employees towards Zero Defect Approach

KEY DECISIONS BY THE POSITION HOLDER

Lab inspection, Charging, Melting, Mechanical properties. Incoming Inspection

Pouring Casting defects analysis.
