Qualification:
DMLT / BSc MLT or equivalent. [DME Approved certificate only]
Experience:
Proven experience in a laboratory management role.
Responsibilities:
o Oversee daily laboratory operations and staff scheduling.
Ensure tests are completed accurately and on time.
Manage lab inventory and order necessary supplies.
Supervise training and safety compliance of staff.
Maintain detailed records of lab tests and reports.
Implement and monitor quality control protocols.
Ensure compliance with medical regulations and guidelines.
