We are looking for a

Lab Incharge

for our Makerspace Lab -- a space where students explore design, innovation, and hands-on learning.
This is a

lab assistant role

, focused on managing tools, materials, and equipment rather than teaching. The ideal candidate has experience handling manufacturing-grade tools and maintaining workshop environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and maintain tools, machines, and materials used in the Makerspace Lab Ensure safety standards and proper maintenance of all equipment Organize and manage inventory of tools and supplies Assist students and teachers with safe use of lab tools and machinery Support setup for projects and day-to-day lab operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in handling manufacturing-grade tools and materials Strong technical and mechanical skills Attention to detail, safety awareness, and good organizational habits Experience in a workshop, fabrication unit, or school Makerspace preferred

Education:

Diploma or degree in a technical or engineering field preferred

Compensation:

Based on experience
