We are seeking an Experienced Lab Technician with 10 Years of Experience who can take Charge as Lab In charge
Key Responsibility Area
Must have proven experience of Team leader, Lab Head or HOD. for at least 5-6 Years.
8-10 years of relevant experience in Immunology, Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology etc.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of diagnostic reports.
Drive continuous improvement in laboratory operations and quality management systems.
Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional responsibilities.
Train and mentor laboratory staff, ensuring proper handover and workflow management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
B.Sc in MLT.
M.Sc would be a plus to the Qualification.
In-depth knowledge of NABL 15189 standards and quality management systems.
Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with NABL-accredited labs.
Reporting to Managing Director or CEO
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
