Job Description

We're seeking a qualified and experienced Lab Incharge to oversee and manage the daily operations of our chemistry laboratory. The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and facilities.

2. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and standard operating procedures.

3. Supervise and train laboratory staff, students, or interns.

4. Conduct experiments, tests, and analysis as required.

5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

6. Coordinate with other departments, researchers, or clients.

7. Develop and implement laboratory procedures, protocols, and quality control measures.

8. Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials.

Requirements:

1. BSc in Chemistry or related field.

2. Relevant laboratory experience.

3. Strong knowledge of chemistry, laboratory procedures, and safety protocols.

4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with laboratory management software.

2. Familiarity with quality control and assurance procedures.

3. Certification in laboratory safety or a related field.
