Job Description

Job Purpose:

To assist the laboratory team in carrying out routine concrete testing, sample collection, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the lab area to ensure smooth RMC quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting raw material samples (cement, sand, aggregate, water, admixture, etc.) from the plant or site. Help in preparing and casting concrete cube samples for testing. Carry cubes to curing tanks and maintain proper labeling and record. Assist in cube testing (compression test) under supervision. Support the lab technician in daily testing of materials and concrete mix. Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and curing tanks. Dispose of waste material safely and maintain lab hygiene. Help in keeping testing reports, registers, and stock records up to date. Follow safety norms and PPE requirements at all times. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Lab In-Charge or Quality Head.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent. Basic understanding of concrete and construction materials preferred. Physically fit to handle samples and equipment. Team player with a positive attitude. Willing to work in shifts and outdoor conditions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
