Assist for implementation of Quality System and Technical Systems as per ISO / IEC 17025 with reference to Quality Manager.
Responsible for day-to-day testing activities of Mechanical, Chemical, Geotechnical & NDT discipline as per the documented policies, procedures under the overall guidance of the Technical Manager.
Responsible for selection, verification & development of methods of all discipline.
Assigned for Customer service, which includes urgent tests, witness tests, and job review wherever necessary.
Responsible for review of request, tender & Contracts & job card verification of test materials for in-warding.
To supervise the work of Sr. Technicians / Technicians who carry out the test at all discipline/section that is at Laboratory & field as well.
To supervise the work of technicians who carry out the Field test of NDT/soil & schedule of all on-site jobs.
To supervise the work of all support staff & about deliverables on time.
Responsible for review/analysis of results which includes the customer's requirement of statement of conformity or opinions & interpretations.
Responsible for day-to-day calibration of all equipment's & Internal Verification of all equipment's at all section/discipline.
Housekeeping of overall Laboratory.
Have to work in Bengaluru Lab (Third party material testing lab)
