Program Overview

This is a

hands-on fellowship training program

for candidates interested in building a career in

IVF Laboratory, Andrology, and Clinical Embryology

.
After successful completion of the training,

placement will be provided

at

Dr Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center

or associated IVF units, subject to performance and availability.

Training & Responsibilities

Exposure to

IVF lab and andrology procedures

Semen analysis, sperm processing, washing & cryopreservation Handling IVF & andrology lab equipment Introduction to

embryology lab techniques

(assisted/observational) Media preparation and consumables handling Lab documentation, quality control & infection control Assisting senior embryologists and lab specialists Maintaining ethical standards and patient confidentiality

Eligibility Criteria

BSc / MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Zoology, Biochemistry Diploma / Degree in MLT or Allied Health Sciences Freshers & experienced candidates can apply Strong interest in IVF, Andrology & Embryology

Training Duration

3 / 6 / 12 Months (as per fellowship option)

Placement & Career Opportunities

Placement will be provided after successful completion Designations may include: Lab cum Andrology Technologist IVF Lab Executive Embryology Assistant / Junior Embryologist (based on performance)
