Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain optimal chemical composition of anodizing tanks (sulphuric acid bath, additives, aluminum concentration)

2. Conduct regular titration, pH, conductivity and aluminum content analysis.

3. Supervise preparation of new chemicals baths and daily chemical dosing schedules.

4. Monitor electro-colouring compatibility and troubleshoot shade variation or chemical based defects.

5. Co-ordinate with quality and production teams to ensure smooth operations and surface quality

6. Maintain proper records of Bath Analysis, Chemical consumption and safety compliance

7. Manage safe chemical handling practices and control effluent treatment requirements

8. Manage training of Trainees for smooth LAB Operations.

Education:

Degree or Diploma in Chemistry or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 Years

in handling chemical analysis and bath maintenance.

Knowledge:

1. Surface treatment and anodizing chemistry

2. Electro-colouring and dye-based colour chemistry

3. Titration and analytic lab testing methods

4. Acid handling and neutralizing techniques.

Key Skills:

1. Strong command over anodizing chemistry and electro-chemical behaviour

2. Familiarity with chemical titration, p H Control and aluminum load management.

3. Experience in handling and controlling chemical brightness.

Salary:

Upto 25k per month (Based on Experience)
