KRA's

Perform

analytical testing

of premixes: HPLC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, Karl Fischer titration Conduct QC checks to ensure batch consistency and stability Document procedures, generate COAs, and maintain compliance records Collaborate with production and R&D teams on pilot batches and scale-up Maintain and calibrate lab instruments regularly Develop innovative formulations to expand the product portfolio and address evolving market demands

Key Skills/Abilities

Proficiency in operating and interpreting results from

HPLC, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, and Karl Fischer titration

ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Ability to

develop and optimize formulations

based on scientific and market requirements Familiarity with

feed and food safety regulations

such as FSSAI and related certifications is bonus Excellent

documentation and reporting

skills for SOPs, COAs, and batch records Analytical mindset with strong

problem-solving

and

data interpretation

skills Adaptability to

stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements

Experience Required

2+ years Candidates having prior experience in Feed Manufacturing companies/Premix Manufacturing/Nutraceuticals Preferred

Essential Qualifications / Certifications

B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, or Biochemistry
