Position: Lab R&D Executive / Lab Chemist

Experience Required: 4-5 Years

Salary: 50000 to 60000

Key Skills & Technical Knowledge

Candidate must have strong working knowledge in:

NC (Nitrocellulose) Paints*

Automotive Paints*

PU (Polyurethane) Coatings*

Melamine Finishes*

Synthetic Paints & Chemicals*

Formulation, testing, and evaluation of paints
Understanding of raw materials, mixing, viscosity, shade matching, curing, and performance testing

Responsibilities

Assist in development and improvement of paint and chemical formulations
Conduct lab testing, quality checks, and prepare technical reports
Evaluate raw materials and finished goods
Support production team with technical solutions
Maintain lab equipment, safety, and documentation
Work closely with senior chemists and R&D managers

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
