Job Description

1. Formulation and Testing: Assist in formulating and testing rubber compounds to meet customer specifications and industry standards.

2. Quality Control: Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.

3. Laboratory Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

4. Data Analysis: Analyze test data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, and sales

Conduct physical and chemical tests on rubber materials and products

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (e.g., tensile testing machines, rheometers)

Record and analyze test data, reporting results to quality control or R&D teams

Assist in product development and formulation

Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, tests, and results. qualification: B.sc. (chemistry), Exp.: 2-3 year in Lab and Mixing, preferably in Rubber Company

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
