Job Opening: Lab Chemist

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a chemical/manufacturing company

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry

Job Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory tests, analyses, and experiments on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

Maintain proper documentation of test results as per company and regulatory standards.

Ensure quality control and compliance with ISO, BIS, and other applicable standards.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., spectrophotometers, titration equipment, viscometers).

Support production and R&D teams by providing accurate test data and technical assistance.

Follow safety protocols, maintain lab hygiene, and handle chemicals with proper precautions.

Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and recommend corrective measures.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry and laboratory techniques.

Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) procedures in chemical industries.

Ability to analyze data and prepare technical reports.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and handling hazardous materials.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing companies.

Preference: Candidates from Vijayawada or nearby regions.
