We're looking for a skilled Lab Chemist to join our team at Ray Colors, a leading plastic manufacturing granules company. As a Lab Chemist, you'll be responsible for conducting tests, analyzing data, and ensuring our products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical tests and analysis on raw materials and finished products
- Develop and implement testing methods and protocols
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with production team to troubleshoot issues and improve product quality
Requirements:
- MSc/BSc in Chemistry or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a lab setting, preferably in plastics or chemicals industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
