Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Lab Assistant to support our chemical manufacturing laboratory operations. The role involves assisting in testing raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods, preparing chemical solutions, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sampling, testing, and analysisof raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare chemical reagents and standard solutionsas required for laboratory tests.
Support quality control and R&D teamsin conducting experiments and recording observations.
Maintain accurate test reports, documentation, and recordsas per ISO / GMP standards.
Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment (pH meter, spectrophotometer, titration setup, etc.).
Ensure laboratory cleanliness and safety complianceat all times.
Assist in stock management of lab chemicals, glassware, and consumables*.

Follow safety protocolsfor handling chemicals, disposal of waste, and emergency procedures.
Requirements:

Education:Diploma / B.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent qualification.
Experience:1-3 years of laboratory experience in chemical / pharma / manufacturing industry .
Knowledge:Basic understanding of chemical testing methods, laboratory instruments, and safety guidelines.
Skills:Attention to detail, record-keeping, teamwork, time management, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
