Responsibilities:

Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc. in workplace Ensuring quality & process control during working as per QC guidelines Overall, in charge to ensure of dispatch of correct products with correct documentation as per customer

and statutory requirements
Take active part in production planning and prepare/communicate daily weekly monthly dispatch plan. Co ordination with sales team for dispatch releases and communicate to operation team for planning Ensuring placing of trucks/finalization of transporter as & when require. Ensuring reporting of all dispatch figure as & when require. Providing training to team to upgrade their skill and overall work culture Ensuring stock taking and match with book stock on regular basis. Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs) Participation in all EHS initiatives Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion Ensuring proper coordination with other departments Ensuring 5S of workplace and maintain dashboard.

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (PCM) (Regular Course) Work Experience: 2-5 Years in similar role (preferably refractory industry) * Experience on MS Office and Email Handling
