Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist faculty and students during laboratory sessions by providing technical support. Prepare and set up lab equipment and systems before each practical session. Install, update, and troubleshoot software and operating systems as required. Monitor and maintain computer systems, printers, and networking equipment in labs. Ensure all systems are virus-free and secured with appropriate configurations. Maintain lab cleanliness, system arrangement, and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain an inventory of lab equipment, systems, and software licenses. Report technical issues and coordinate with vendors or IT admin for repairs and replacements. Support in conducting online exams, coding contests, seminars, and workshops. Keep lab logbooks, maintenance records, and student attendance updated. Assist in basic hardware troubleshooting (RAM, Hard Disk, Monitor, etc.). Guide students on basic software usage and lab exercises when necessary.
