Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lab Associate/ Technician to support our fragrance and flavour product development team.

Assist in blending and compounding perfumes based on formulation sheets and perfumer instructions. Prepare and manage fragrance samples for internal evaluation and customer submissions. Handle and label raw materials (essential oils, aroma chemicals, and bases) accurately. Maintain inventory records of fragrance ingredients and samples. Conduct stability and performance tests for fragrance applications. Ensure the lab is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Support the perfumery team in developing new fragrance concepts. Record all formulation data, observations, and test results systematically. Collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to support ongoing projects.
Preferred candidate profile

B.Sc. or B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic, Perfumery, or Flavour & Fragrance Technology. 1-2 years of laboratory experience in fragrance, perfumery, cosmetics, or chemical formulation Good sense of smell and attention to detail. Knowledge of raw materials and fragrance families is a plus. Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment
