Prepare equipment and reagents (e.g. buffers, solutions) per protocols and sterile procedures. IndeedReddit
Set up experiments, calibrate instruments, and assist in running routine tests under supervision. IndeedExpertia
Collect, label, process, and catalog samples with accuracy and completeness.
Record data diligently using lab notebooks or electronic systems; support preliminary analysis.
Maintain and clean equipment, schedule routine calibration or repairs as needed.
Monitor safety protocols: proper hazardous waste disposal, PPE usage, spill cleanup, and general lab hygiene.
Manage inventory by tracking supplies and ordering stock; assist with equipment inventory and maintenance logs.
Provide logistical support to researchers and instructors: aid in classroom prep, manage sample flow, train users on equipment
