- Roles and Responsibilities

The Lab Assistant will support the water quality testing and analysis operations of the water supply project. This role involves collecting, preparing, and analyzing water samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring all testing procedures comply with safety and quality standards.

- Daily water analysis with measurement of turbidity of the water

- Select correct dosage of alum solution

- Prepare appropriate alum solution by jar test

- Measure the PH value of the water

- Check the conductivity, chemical analysis of chloride etc.

- Bacteriological testing of water in available instruments

- Complete maintenance of the rapid sand filter

- Monitor the clarified water in the clariflocculator

- Backwash of the filter

- End-to-end supervision & maintenance of the WTP (Water Treatment Plant)

- Maintain records & reports of water meter & water analysis

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
