Role Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and hands-on

Lab Assistant

with an LACP (Laboratory Assistant Chemical Plant) background to support our

R&D team

. The candidate will assist in

trial batches

, sample preparation, and routine lab work to help in

development of new formulations

and improvement of existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist R&D Chemists in

preparing and executing trial batches

for new product development. Handle

sample collection, preparation, labeling, and storage

accurately. Maintain

test records

, trial logs, and ensure sample traceability. Operate basic lab instruments like pH meter, viscometer, weighing balance, etc. Clean and maintain

glassware, lab equipment, and workstations

as per SOP. Support the team in

raw material evaluation

and compatibility checks. Maintain

chemical inventory

, stock levels, and report discrepancies. Follow

good laboratory practices (GLP)

and

safety protocols

strictly.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Laboratory Assistant Chemical Plant (LACP)

Experience:

0-2 years in an industrial or R&D lab environment (freshers with good lab skills can apply)
Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
