About the Role

------------------

We are looking for Lab assistant who can carry out work related to laboratory environment and accuracy in order to extract reliable and valid Results. The main duty of a lab assistant is to support the QC/QA Team in collecting testing samples, preparing them for analysis, preparation of reagents / running routine lab tests / assist in conducting R&D trials

Follow all standards and procedure of quality department for smooth functioning for department

What You Will Do

Assist QC officers to Prepare samples for testing using various types of laboratory equipment

Label specimens accurately and distribute them to the appropriate department

Perform quality control as directed by the Lab chemist/officers

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Clean and maintain work area and all lab equipment and supplies. Washing of glass ware Preparation of reagents

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

sampling of raw materials, packing materials.

Maintaining safety in the Lab area

Pasting of passing/rejected slip on packing/raw materials

-------------------------------------------------------------

Preparing or storing samples for officers, and logging data

Coordinate placing orders for inventory supplies needed in lab and Provide delivery of package and label solutions.

Head responsibility of equipment /General Lab areas maintenance.

Update routine records of sanitation and wash chemical supply usage.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Report chemical requirements to supervisor and Supervise stocked chemicals for right storage.

Prepare chemical waste, disposal forms, reagents and experiments solutions.

Ensure to dispose outdated components appropriately. Ensure to return recycle chemicals from labs.

Record Climatic conditions like Humidity / Temp requirements in the Lab

Packing /Arranging/ dispatch of courier samples to the Customers

Receive, label and analyse samples (Physical Testing of FG/ RM/PM)

Conduct experiments under defined conditions/methods to verify/reject PM/RM

Organize and store all chemicals substances according to safety instructions

Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility

Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory chemical supplies

Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records

Carry out in process checks (QC / Online Production / Line clearance etc. and document the same

Inspecting Equipment, materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects - min reported 10 per year

Training and Teaching on quality subjects to other BC workmen areas Like Stores /Production Min 10 programs

Who You Are

---------------

High School with Science Background or Bsc in chemistry

-----------------------------------------------------------

1+ years of experience in Lab related activity in manufacturing unit

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Requires ability to take initiative to solve problems.

Ready to work in shift operations
