Job Description

? Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting and processing patient samples (blood, urine, swabs, etc.) Prepare and maintain lab equipment and supplies Perform basic laboratory tests under supervision Support nursing staff in patient preparation and care Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

? Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Medical Laboratory Technology, Nursing, or related field Previous experience in a clinic or hospital setting preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to learn and support multiple functions in a clinical setting
