BSc and MSc graduates

for

Laboratory

and

Scientific Customer Support

roles in

clinical diagnostics

and

food testing

.

Work exposure includes

microbiome sequencing

and other

advanced molecular, biochemical, and analytical technologies

.

We operate with quality systems aligned to

NABL

and

ISO standards (ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 15189)

.

This role is intended for candidates who want to build a

serious long-term career

in science and diagnostics--not short-term employment.

Eligibility

BSc or MSc

in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Food Science, or related fields

Freshers to 2 years experience (maximum)

Comfortable working in a

structured, SOP-driven environment

Good communication skills (required for

Customer Support

roles) (JRF / SRF positions are NOT part of this hiring.)*

Open Positions & Responsibilities

Based on qualification, skills, and performance, candidates may be assigned to one of these tracks:

A) Laboratory Track (Lab Technician / Lab Analyst / Research Assistant)

Sample receiving, handling, and preparation (

clinical and food matrices

) Routine laboratory assays as per

SOPs

Reagent preparation, inventory support, and equipment care

QC checks

, documentation, and lab discipline Supporting workflow execution and continuous process improvements
B) Scientific Customer Support Track (Customer Support Executive / Client Support)

Answering customer queries on

test process

,

sample collection

,

report navigation

, and general testing concepts Coordinating with the lab team for sample status, re-runs, and technical clarifications Explaining microbiome and advanced testing workflows in a clear and accurate manner Maintaining professional communication, documentation, and ticket tracking

Important:

This is

scientific customer support

(testing workflow + report assistance). It is

not

a doctor/nutritionist role and does

not

involve diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing.

Salary & Growth

?15,000 - ?40,000 per month

, based on role, qualification, and contract terms

Performance-based increments

Role and title growth based on responsibility, learning, and consistency Long-term contributors will be given increasing scientific/technical responsibility
Contract Commitment (IMPORTANT)

minimum long-term commitment of 4 years or more
