The Lab Administration Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of a newly established laboratory. This role ensures smooth functioning of the lab by handling administration, stores, manpower coordination, logistics, vendor coordination, and record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day lab operations and support the team with routine admin and facility needs.
Maintain stock records and ensure timely availability of lab materials and consumables
Manage support staff, including daily work allocation, attendance, and discipline.
Handle sample dispatch/receipt and maintain proper inward-outward documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for housekeeping, pantry, catering, and utilities.
Maintain records and reports in Excel for inventory, attendance, logistics, and purchases.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or Management.
Hands-on working experience in MS Excel
Additional certification or experience in administration or facility management is an advantage.
Experience in administration, facility management, or lab support roles, is preferred
Prior experience in a laboratory, manufacturing plant, or R&D setup is preferred

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
