Job Profile : L4 Support Engineer
Experience: 7-10 yrs.
Notice Period: Immediate-30 DaysWork Mode: Hybrid:

• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in IT support, with at least three years of experience in OpenStack environments.

xefx81xac Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of OpenStack architecture, services, and deployment models.
• Extensive experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes within OpenStack.
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues in enterprise environments.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OpenStack Certified Administrator (COA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or similar are highly desirable.
• Availability: Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation and manage high-severity incidents as needed.
